As the founder, creator and sole owner/proprietor of the “Real Time Physique” (RTP), “ShredderSphere” and “Natural Skincare Authority” (NSA) brands I was directly responsible for all aspects of each business: management; legal affairs; administration; content creation; desktop publishing; graphic design; video production, video marketing; copywriting; event planning; promotion and sales.
Real Time Physique (RTP) Blog: Founder, Creator, Owner, Webmaster, Graphic Designer, Video Producer and Author
I am the author and creator of Real Time Physique (RTP) Blog, the most visited body transformation blog in Internet history. RTP Blog contains over 1000 days of consecutive daily documentation, 950 unique entries, 10,000 user comments and over 1,200,000 unique visitors since November 2006. I achieved this level of traffic via my ability to create compelling blog entries and use of SEO (zero advertising spend).
ShredderSphere: Founder, Creator, Owner, Webmaster, Designer and Author
I am the founder, creator and web administrator of the 1500 member-strong private “real time” body transformation accountability community at ShredderSphere. I employed my leadership, organizational and managerial skills to grow this community from “start-up” to over: 30,000 discussion forum posts; 35,000 blog entries and 200,000 blog comments in the first 3 months.
Via the ShredderSphere community I also conducted the world’s first international “real time” body transformation contest, resulting in over 120 successful 12-week “body transformations.”
Natural Skincare Authority (NSA): Founder, Creator, Owner, Webmaster, Writer and Researcher
NSA is a 300-page resource site (live since June 2005) built on “long-tail organic SEO” techniques. I researched and wrote the content, designed the layout and site structure, sourced and created all images, handled all technical functions and implemented the entire SEO strategy.
This site generated 30,000 unique visitors (entirely from “organic traffic” sources) per month resulting in 4-figure residual earnings per quarter via affiliate commissions, endorsed mailings and Google AdSense.
GPSA (Global Placement Services Australia): Writer, Researcher, Webmaster, Video Producer and Marketer
GPSA is a company dedicated to connecting American workers with Australian companies. My duties at this company involved every aspect of website development and content creation. I wrote the 65-page free report, wrote and researched 50+ articles, designed the website (including graphics and logo) and produced the videos. Due to my SEO and marketing efforts this website generates over 6,000 unique visitors per month.
Escape Artist Australia: Webmaster, Writer, Researcher and Marketer
Escape Artist Australia (EAA) is an online publishing company that provides its 400,000 subscribers with high quality, actionable content on how to live, work, invest, and retire in Australia.
At Escape Artist Australia I was hired to research and write an initial batch of 60 original articles, source and select royalty-free images, design the layout of site content, co-ordinate with the main portal and provide marketing advice.
RTP Transformation System: Author
I am the author (and co-author) of three fitness eBooks which have generated over AUD $105,000 in sales. A 584-page fitness eBook, the RTP Transformation System authored by myself in 2009 .

New York Shredder Summit: Event Planner
In conjunction with the RTP Transformation Contest I (with other members) organised a 3-Day “Summit” in New York City in August 2009, where over 50 members of the ShredderSphere community flew in from 7 different countries to meet myself, Tom Venuto, Carlos DeJesus and each other in person.
